Wanted – Old Sweep Oar – Canberra or Sydney?

I’m on the hunt for an old/broken oar for a personal project for my Dad. We have a wooden sweep oar purchased 30 years ago at a rowing auction night when I was rowing. It’s hung up from the ceiling at my parents place, and all our medals (and now our kids medals) go up on it in pride of place – my dad loves it. It’s reached peak medal capacity, so Dad’s on the hunt for another as the grandkids start to bring in their own achievements. Any old wooden sweep oars in a shed that need clearing out in Canberra or Sydney – we’d be grateful to take one off your hands!
