This is a carbon fiber Ted Hale boat that has been refurbushed. It has carbon footstretcher, Bont shoes, new runners, slightly used oar locks and a carbon seat (modified for a narrow single). It is minimum weight (14 kg or less). It has aluminium bolt on riggers.
